Placing Order and Make Purchase

  1. Visit and login to www.elianto.biz and register yourself as a user then choose for your favourite Elianto products!
  2. Click “ADD TO CART” button on the desired product to add items into your shopping cart. 
  3. After you’re done with your shopping, head to http://elianto.biz/cart or click on the shopping bag icon  located on the top right. 
  4. Here you are able to view what’s in your shopping cart and sub-total. Also you can add or reduce quantity for your items in the Qty. box or dropdown box  provided, or tick Remove for unwanted items, then click on  to update your shopping cart. 
  5. Click on  to continue shopping for your favourite products! Or you can click on the  button to proceed on placing and confirming your order.
  6. Then follow the checkout steps, first select your billing address from your account’s address book or select enter a new billing address and enter your billing address accordingly.   
  7. Secondly select your preferred address or enter a new preferred address accordingly, where you want your Elianto products to be delivered to you.
  8. Thirdly, select the shipping method, at the moment we only deliver to Malaysia address, and so kindly confirm that your street address is in Malaysia to ensure delivery. 
  9. Continue on and double check to confirm your ordered items to ensure you are purchasing your desired items with the final total amount.
  10. You will be directed to MOLPay to make your payment, select the payment option that is most convenient for you, and fill in the details accordingly to confirm your purchase.
  11. Then you just have to wait till for your Elianto products arrive at your doorsteps!


Using Coupon Voucher/Discount Code/Gift Card

  1. Firstly login into Elianto.biz and shop for your favourite Elianto products!
  2. Once you have shopped what you want, head to http://elianto.biz/cart or click on the shopping bag icon  located on the top right.
  3. View what’s in your shopping cart, and at the end of your cart, you will see Discount Code and Gift Cards. 
  4. If you got a discount code/coupon in hand;
    1. Enter your promotion voucher, coupon or discount code you’ve obtained in the Discount Code box provided, and click “Add coupon”.
    2. Follow your coupon’s code requirements and terms & conditions to successfully apply the coupon into your order. Error will be shown if coupon has expired or does not meet the requirements.
    3. Once you have entered a valid coupon and meeting the requirements, coupon will apply into your shopping cart total amount.   
    4. Proceed to Checkout and make your payment accordingly for the balance remaining.
  5. If you have received a Gift Card from your friend or loved one;
    1. Check your email for the Gift Card Code, copy the code and enter into the Gift Card box provided, and click “Add gift card”.
    2. Once you have entered a valid Gift Card code, a Gift Card with your Code in bracket will be displayed on your shopping cart total amount. 
        
    3. Proceed to Checkout and make your payment accordingly for any balance remaining.


Check & Track Order

  1. Login and clickand or go to http://elianto.biz/customer/orders to view your current orders. Here you can view your order number and status.
  2. Click on the Order  that you wish to check. Here you can view your specific order details, billing and shipping address, products purchased and shipment details.
  3. Once your products have been sent out for delivery, you will be able to check your shipment details together with your Tracking Number.
  4. To track your shipment, copy your Tracking Number and go to http://intranet.gdexpress.com/official/etracking.php, paste your Tracking Number into the text box as seen:
        
  5. Click  and your shipment details will be shown, with where your package is currently located. Any further information regarding your package delivery, you may contact GDex customer service at 03-77876677 to further enquire or to request on the date of delivery depending on their availability. Or you may contact us at info@elianto.com.my if you face any issues. 


Return/Exchange a Defective/Wrong Product 

  1. Upon receiving your purchased Elianto products, verify and check all the items purchased are as according to your order.
  2. If your product is damaged, or you received the wrong product(s) from your Order list, kindly take some pictures of the damaged/wrong products.
  3. Send an email request together with the pictures taken to info@elianto.com.my and state the issue and reasons for a return/exchange.
  4. Upon approval, go to your orders at http://elianto.biz/customer/orders and click on  in the order with the product you wish to return/exchange.
  5. At the return request page, select the items by setting the quantity to return, select the reason of return, and action to be taken, add in your comments and then click on the Submit Return Request button.
  6. After confirmation for the return, kindly follow our instructions accordingly, for the confirmation of action to take on the products then we will follow up with the corresponding actions.


Refund/Cancel Order

  1. Go to http://elianto.biz/t/ReturnExchange read the terms & conditions.
  2. To request for refund or to cancel order, email info@elianto.com.my the issue and reasons for the refund or cancel order.
  3. Elianto reserve the rights to accept or reject the request depending on the validity of the reason.
  4. Upon approval;
    1. If you have receive the products purchased; 
      1. Go to your orders at http://elianto.biz/customer/orders and click on  on the order with the product you wish to return/exchange.
      2. At the return request page, select all the items by setting the quantity to maximum, select the reason of return, and action to be taken, add in your comments and then click on the Submit Return Request button.
      3. Kindly post back the products in its original condition to Elianto’s address, and wait for us to receive and confirm the products then we will follow up with the corresponding actions.
      4. Wait for our confirmation email regarding the completion for your refund.
    2. If you have made payment but have not received your products purchased;
      1. Go to http://elianto.biz/customer/orders to view your current orders.
      2. Click on the Order  that you wish cancel. Check on the shipment details. Whether the products have been delivered. If delivered, kindly contact GDex customer service at 03-77876677 to follow-up immediately to stop and hold the delivery, if it’s delivering, kindly return the package back to Elianto’s address.
      3. After we receive the package and confirm the products in its original condition then we will follow up with the corresponding actions.
      4. Wait for our confirmation email regarding the completion for your refund.


Change of Address

  1. Login and clickand or go to http://elianto.biz/customer/addresses. Here you can view your address list, edit or add new address.
  2. Click  to edit the corresponding address, or click  to add another address into your account. (You’re able to select your address for shipping upon making payment)
  3. Fill in or edit the corresponding field with the correct information to ensure smooth delivery later on, and then click  to confirm changes or add new address into your account.
