
1. Senior Merchandising Manager
Requirements:
Above 6 years of Merchandising
management experience in a managerial position, preferably
in the cosmetic retail industry.
Strong skill in planning, organizing and leading the
department's direction.
A recognised Degree in Marketing / Business Administration
or related.
Chinese candidate and able to read, write and speak
Mandarin.
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for comprehensive
research, analysis, sampling/sourcing/packaging and all other
procedures related to product development for Skin Care, Cosmetics,
Make Up, Body Care, fragrance, tools & applicators, ladys
accessories, bags & shoes including promo items. Responsible
for maximizing sales and profitability through implementation
of effective merchandising strategies, policies and detailed
analysis of product mix and sales trend. Able to conceptualize
the product categories ranges by seasonally or annually.
Lead and promote staff development
that will enable the achievement of the brand merchandising
strategies & expansion plans, budgets and agreed objectives.
Responsible for the achievement
of gross profit margins, inventory management and effective
pricing policies.
Establish rapport with potential
suppliers & business partners; liaise with rel eva nt
organisations, suppliers, both local and international to
identify new product development opportunities.
2. Internal Auditor
(Kuala Lumpur - Cheras)
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Accounts & Finance Department
to review internal control and operating system of the whole
group.
Based on result analysis, set up adequate audit programme
and perform internal audit.
Performing retail audit activities to ensure compliance
of operational and risk control procedure.
Document findings and submit internal audit report to
Top Management for review.
Circulate internal audit report to relevant department
for their follow up action.
Work closely with All Department to executive audit
recommendations and findings.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
At least 2-3 years internal or external audit experience
in retail industry.
Willing to travel outstation.
Able to work independently.
Possess own transport.
3. Senior Graphic Designer
( Kuala Lumpur - Cheras)
Responsibilities:
To assist on product packaging.
To assist on monthly promotion concept development &
execution.
Develop and execute design and layout solutions with
a high level of proficiency and artistry, including graphic
concepts, layouts, graphics, photos, icons, colour schemes,
interface features, and transitions.
Working on several projects at once, under pressure
and to tight deadlines.
Work closely with the team for concept development,
art direction, execution, and roadmap of all creative deliverables.
Branstorming ideas and concept with the team.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Art/Design/Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 2 to 3 years experience in graphic designing.
Solid hands-on skill(s): Photoshop, Illustrator, Multimedia.
Good command of both written and spoken English and
Chinese.
4. Branch Manager/Supervisor
( Kuala Lumpur - Klang Valley , Selangor, Penang and Kota
Bharu)
Requirements:
SPM/Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
Working experience in retail environment dealing with
fashion accessories/cosmetic is an added advantage.
Pleasant personality with good communications skills.
Energetic and committed in providing excellent customer
service.
Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.

Assist the Operations Executive and Operations Manager
in the daily store operations of the outlet and achieving
the sales target set by the Company.
Oversee the overall daily operations of Retail outlets
assigned.
Ensure good customer services are rendered to all customers
by beauty consultants.
Conduct stock take monthly according to the Managements
schedule.
5. Make-up Artist
( Kuala Lumpur - Klang Valley , Selangor, Penang and Kota
Bharu)
Requirements:
SPM/Diploma in make-up or equivalent.
Working experience in retail environment dealing with
fashion accessories/cosmetic is an added advantage.
Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer

a friendly and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
Provide consistent professional consultations and applications
in accordance with company protocols.
Have knowledge and understanding of all services and
products while educating customer in these areas.
Actively promote Elianto products, meeting retail sales
target.
6. Beauty Consultant /
Image Consultant
(Full Time / Part Time)

Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
